From start to finish, PIGNAT provides superior quality and service. Whether you need a bench-top solution or a full-size training plant their engineers are committed to designing excellent training equipment that uses only industrial components. Here are just  few of the successful PIGNAT installs at Colleges & Universities across Canada!

The Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Waterloo continues to expand their training equipment in the undergraduate labs, providing students with real world hands-on experience. Their labs are currently home to a TUV/3000 UV Disinfection and TOC Reduction Unit, a custom designed OTP-ABS Controlled Absorption & Regeneration pilot plant as well as a chemical reactor.

We appreciate Pignat’s willingness to partner with the university to customize a pilot training system that fits both our needs – and our budget. I want to thank AYVA for arranging a visit to Pignat’s factory in France so I could meet the design engineers and see first-hand the attention to detail at every step of the manufacturing process. I especially want to thank my hosts at Pignat for their hospitality during my stay in Lyon. I really had a good time testing our CO2 absorption/stripping unit and seeing all the nice equipment in the plant.

Lab Manager

In December 2020 PIGNAT’s Batch and Continuous Distillation Trainer was commissioned at the University of Calgary. Paige D. (U of Calgary Chemist) was excited to expand her state of the art unit operations laboratories which already included a PIGANAT Spray Dryer, as well as a Reverse Osmosis System and an Absorption Trainer.
